I think it's fair and long overdue. This man bought himself a lot of time in the U.S. by lying and concealing his involvement in Nazi death camps. Knowing his crimes, he's darn lucky he had the freedom he did.
This deportation notice was first issued in 2005 and he's been fighting it ever since, claiming that being sent out of the U.S. would be akin to "torture." Kind of a laughable defense knowing what was done to millions of people in the Nazi concentration camps -- and he himself is being charged with the murder of 29,000 people.
But again, he bought himself 4 more years of freedom by fighting this deportation.
I think he's a coward and judgement day is upon him.
