Pollito is the Spanish word for "chick", literally "little chicken." DH and his friends called me that when we first met, b/c I am small and had soft blond hair, like a baby chick. I thought it was kind of cute, and the name just stuck. 916 is our anniversary.

Mine is my first name - Michael, then my middle name - William, then part of my last name as to not reveal my entire identity, btw I'm a superhero so I have some hassles to deal with that others never have to think about. Anyway, part of my last name is Midd. So there it is and if you happen to be my nemisis don't even try to crack that code.

Okay, so I guess then I have to explain that my first name is Leigh and my last name, as to not reveal my true identity, includes Midd. I am the superheros lovely assistant and I HAVE cracked that code (if ya know what I mean, WINK WINK!!)

Man I'm glad I have that superhero. He just reminded me that when you put clothes in the washing machine with detergent to also, TURN THE MACHINE ON! I'm reel shmart!

alright. my username is part of my first name (but the nickname that i go by to almost everyone) and my last name and my birth year. wow how creative i am. I thought about changing it to Keeas which is my Jedi name and VMK name, but I was scared that no one would recognize me.

From a beach music song "Carolina Girls" by Chairmen of the Board. Was one of my faves when younger, still is. The name fits since I live in SC. Also, an old friend of mine said of my former screen name, "it is so dull I expected more from you. Until now you have always been one to stand out in a crowd." Well, I DID NOT want to be perceived as an old fuddie duddie so I thought of a new name pronto!

I think the first website I had to have a user name for was my kids' elementary school site. At the time I was the PTO president. The school mascot was Rascal the Racoon. I spent a LOT of time at the school doing volunteer work. Homeroom mom many times, etc. Some the teachers took to calling me the Rascal Mom.

Neither kid goes to that school anymore - & they're both way too "grown up" to want me hanging around the school. Guess I need a new name!

In HS, my French teacher always called me Souris Sourisante (smiling mouse) b/c I like Mickey and b/cI smile often. Since most of my friends/family don't speak french, I use the English translation...

I started using mine when I was on another Disney site. I was using "Minnie" and was told it needed to be more distinctive, but I wanted to be JustMinnie, so that's what I put. Now I use it pretty much everywhere. Oh, and it's a bit HP related too..."I'm Harry, Just Harry(from the 1st movie )

I've always used grlpwrd ("girl-powered") on other boards or derivatives with powerful girl-related names like "girlsrule." We had 3 dd's at the time and figured it was our destiny to only have girls plus I am heavily involved as a Girl Scout leader and volunteer.

We now have an almost 2yo son... plus our little princess who is 10 days old.

4 daughters now and one son - girls are in the majority.

My real name is Shannon, but I got called Shanny at a chat room several years ago. I am a member of a very small board with a few close friends. I noticed one day that me and one other were the only two with a name that didn't start with a G. Both of us for laughs added the G to the start of our names and I liked it and have used it ever since.
