really not trying to be an ***, but why would people put their last name on a public forum? i mean if your page is private, but you give out your last name, basically anybody could add you?

i understand if you PM somebody with your last name if you guys are friends, but i really don't get having a private myspace but giving out the info to the world....

Ok I know you're new so I'm going to explain this to you.

The DIS boards doesn't allow personal information. And if you want people to see your MySpace, then maybe put it in your siggie or in your profile. I don't even know if we're allowed to have MySpaces.

And definitely don't give out your last name. I won't even tally up how many predators could possibly be online right now looking for that kind of information.
