I'm one of the few who voted for yardwork.

I rarely do it, if I do it's for a few minutes at a time, and inevitably, I catch a raging case of poison ivy and then I don't do any more yardwork for the season.

So, it's a lose-lose proposition, no matter how you look at it.

Am i the only one who checked off every single one??? seriously, i did!

I DESPISE HOUSEWORK! UGH! :scared:

i told DH we either get someone to clean the house for me (cause he is not helpin-- thats for sure!)- or we just have no choice but to live in squalor! :rotfl2:

can i tell you $60 bucks every 2 weeks has never been spent so well! ;)

and that frees up time for me to be on the DIS boards!

I too voted yard work. I had to weed the gardens and we have plenty. Also for some reason don't like dusting because you can't keep up.

I DESPISE cleaning the bathroom, especially ever since getting married. I had always shared a bathroom with girls, so I had no idea guys get their pee everywhere.

Okay, I don't get this. Why do adult men get their pee everywhere...and then not clean it up? :confused3 I never had this problem with my brother (amazing since his hygeine was always questionable), my dad, or my husband.

I can understand little boys, but adult men??

Really? I mean DH doesn't get it on the walls or the floor, but it definitely gets on the rim around the bowl.

Do most guys clean that up? I may have to start training him. I know growing up they had a housekeeper, so maybe his mother never made him do it.

I voted for laundry, but it's actually the ironing I hate, not the laundry itself.

If I actually had to do it, my most hated would be cleaning the bathroom, but luckily DH does that.

I hate cleaning but I hate the bathrooms the most. Just so much to clean in there yuck!

Cleaning the bathroom, primarily because it seems to need doing again much more quickly than anything else :confused3

I hate the bathrooms. I also checked "other." Don't laugh, but my least favorite chore is putting away the groceries. I hate it worse than the bathroom.

I'd lick a piece of sandpaper while drinking a glass of salt before you could get me to do the dirty dishes.

I don't know about *most* but I do know that DH would be completely disgusted with himself if he dripped urine around the toilet bowl for others to clean up. And trust me, he's a major dish-leaving, laundry-ignoring, dust-avoiding guy. But urine?? Ewwwww.

Now, my DD is a totally different matter . . .

In 22 years of marriage, my DH has never left a single drop on the rim.

I know I'm a lucky woman. :thumbsup2

I knew I was a lucky gal, but didn't realize I was this lucky! :thumbsup2

My DH has never left urine ANYWHERE on or near the toilet. As a matter of fact, his aim is really good so it doesn't go anywhere but inside the bowl where it belongs. I don't have one of these appendages myself, but is it that difficult to um....aim...into the toilet?

My DH is funny. You should hear his comments about public men's rooms. When he comes out he'll point out some guy who didn't wash their hands or didn't flush or got pee everywhere.... :rotfl: He's just as repulsed as poor bathroom etiquette as me.

Vacuuming!!!! I hate it! The vacuum cleaner is so loud and I hate loud. I'd rather scrub a hundred toilets than vacuum.

Fortunately, my husband is a vacuum lover and would do it every day if I didn't think that was wierd!

I hate yard work now. When my DD's were little & I HAD to be outside I had beautiful gardens the neighbors came to see. Now that I do not have to be out with then I hate them. I have a front garden of mulch this year!

I hate mopping most of all. I can vacuum with the best of them. :thumbsup2 I do it everyday. Draging the mop, bucket, filling it with water. :scared1: I just hate it.

My thoughts EXACTLY!!!

Vacuuming
Dusting
Scrubing the Kitchen floor
taking out the garbage
cleaning the bathroom
doing yard work
washing dishes
cleaning after pets (litter boxes,etc.)
cooking
laundry
Other

ALL of the above! Heck, I can't even think of something for the 'other' category, but just knowing that the word 'other' refers to some sort of chore, I can't help but hate that too!
