They are paper beads made of tightly rolled strips of old park maps. They are in the African outpost in Epcot. Not sure if they are also in AK. They are made (IIRC) by women IN Africa to earn (non-exploitive) wages. They are dyed/painted, so they don't look like maps, just colored beads. Mine are sort of mustard yellow with little red spacer beads. They package them in an envelope made of an old park map, too.I have never heard of the park map beaded bracelets. Where can you find them? They sound cool.
