Your favorite handheld fan for the parks?

What type of electric fan do you like to take to the parks? Bonus points for links to the product!

Also, if anyone can point me in the direction of a good quality folding fan I would appreciate it! The reviews on the ones they have on Amazon aren't great (at least not what I've found so far.)
