Your favorite counter service foods?

There are only two counter service restaurants that I will go to every time that I go to WDW:
Flame Tree in AK for the ribs, fantastic value and extremely tastety.
Cosmic Rays in MK for the rib and chicken combo meal (new this year), best value meal in the whole world.
Tusker House and Pizzasauras both in AK are good and deserve honourable mention. Plus I enjoy Pecos Bills in MK. Unfortunately there is no counter service that I would recommend in either Epcot nor MGM.

In MK we LOVE Pecos Bill cafe. Great cheese fries!
In Epcot we enjoy the Cantina de San angel
AT AK-For some reason we always have lunch at Pizzafari. Frankly it isnt that good but it has become sort of a tradition. Weird.
At MGM-we always grab something at Starring Rolls Bakery in the am but for other meals there arent any counter service I have really been impressed with.

Epcot's Cantina de San Angel for sure! Those churro's are so good! And a great deal for $1.99! I'm drooling just thinking about them!

The Lotus Blossom in Epcot has really good egg rolls, too.

How is the Mara for counter service??

I didn't really care for Mara. When we went there was hardly anybody eating there and it still took 20 minutes to get to the counter to put in my order. There were only two other people in front of me. Then it took another 1/2 hour of waiting for only a large pepperoni pizza. The pizza was realy nasty too! Like cardboard with lots of that cheap waxy cheese on it. Eeewwwww!!! Not worth the price at all.
