Your experience with Dollar's "Manager's Specials"?

We rented a manager's special using "pay now" for mid April. We got a pretty good price, too! I noticed that the payment hit our credit card as an international charge, then found out that Dollar uses a company in Dublin, Ireland to process these types of rentals.

Just looking for feedback. Did you get a decent car? Was it a hassle? Thanks!
