Your Dream Itinerary

Okay- It will never happen but an adult only (18+) sailing on the Dream Class (maybe in early Sept) when they have trouble filling ships with lots of the programing that is normally only opened to kids, also opened for adults. (I want to make Space Goo with Stitch!) Bonus points if it is 6+ days and hits one or both of Disney's islands. Every beach would be Serenity Bay!

I bet it would sell out before it even made it to opening day for Gold.
I would love this! Even with open house it feels weird going to kids club with no kids.

I was so excited when I saw they were sailing from Australia.....
I'm the opposite. As soon as I knew there would be Australia cruises, I knew I'd never be able to sail them, due to the high expense and time required to sail there from middle America.

Don't feel weird.

Flying the Millennium Falcon was the first thing I did on the ship. And they had a Star Wars Learn the Ways of the Force thing during open house and it was entirely adults (WBTA). And it's not a cruise until I've gone down the slinky dog slide on the Magic/Wonder. I do have a kid but he aged out of the kids club several years ago.

I know this would never happen but...

Board in Tokyo - after we have spent a few days at Tokyo Disneyland
10 days or so cruising Japan visiting Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagasaki, Okinawa, and then Shanghai
Visit Shanghai Disneyland
7 days or so from Shanghai to Hong Kong, visiting Taiwan along the way
Ending in Hong Kong where we can visit Hong Kong Disneyland

I am so excited to try a vacation like this! I found there's a Holland America Itinerary starting in Tokyo, and ending in Hong Kong over 13 days and it includes a 1 night stop over in Shanghai. It's only offered twice per year, and I'm hoping to be onboard in Fall 2026! Hopefully by then though, the new Disney ship running out of Singapore may have added this as an intinerary. I would be all over that!

Thanks,
Wayne

I doubt many adults want to make space goo or play in oceaneers lab. Most of us like adult activities and actually like kids. When I think of a cruise I think spa, adult beverages and relaxation. Bouncing around the kids club doesn’t come to mind.

On longer cruises (Panama Canal, Transatlantic) they do have adult events in the kid clubs in the evening hours.

Our EBTA (years ago) was kid-shy. We did make Flubber in the lab after dinner. My 16 yo niece was with me; I guess it wasn’t strictly for 18+ (she’s not the type to bend rules).

Not every adult came, so if you aren’t the type for this activity, you aren’t alone.
