Just curious, what do you budget per day for an adult to have (3) CS meals and a couple snacks?

I think it can vary widely based on your eating style. For example we rarely eat snacks unless we are using them to replace a meal. QS entrees can be $10-$18 depending on where you eat. We often order ice water for free but do buy soda if at place that lets you refill. Some locations we share meals which really keeps our costs down. What is breakfast? A donut or do you want a QS entree meal? Do you have coffee with that meal? We usually skip breakfast or just grab a snack, then have lunch and dinner to off hours.

I would just note what you style like to eat and crunch the numbers from there. Average QS meal is $12-13. Drinks $5. Snacks $8.

We normally go through the menus of QS restaurants we might visit to get a more accurate budget estimate, but I would guess about $15-20 per person, per meal + $10 per person per snack could be a good place to start.

Just returned from a trip. We ate b’fast in room. I budgeted $50/day per adult ($20/meal x2 plus $10/snack). I based this off of going into MDE and looking at places we were likely to eat and entrees we were likely to order…

We didn’t your use anywhere near this amount. Portions were large so we frequently shared meals and/or skipped meals and replaced with snack. Got water instead of soda unless it was included in - mostly to prevent dehydration but still saved us a lot of $$. Didn’t feel as if anyone didn’t get what we wanted due to cost. YMMV

I'd budget about 15-20 per QS meal. I also never get soda, always cup of water
looking at online menus: Satuli canteen-combo bowl: 17.49 plus tax.
Burger meals are cheaper: ex: Connections Cafe: 12.79 plus tax
Docking bay 7: chicken tip yip: 15.69, but I'd probably just get a Ronto wrap next door for my meal: 12.99 plus tax
if you plan on getting a dessert from time to time, add that in.
Snacks have gone up a bit, so about 7-10 each for those.
We never do breakfast in the parks, so just lunch and Dinner. we also bring a lot of snacks, for the backpacks and in room, but if we see a fun snack we want to try, we don't pass that up. especially at Epcot festivals.
I'd go through the online menus, and just add up a few places. If you know someone will likely want soda, add-ons, etc, factor that in

I normally plan for about $10 pp a day in snacks and about $15pp per meal at QS. Kids meals are your friends, you get a ton of food and they include a drink, especially for breakfast. Sometimes people in my groups need more food, so we will get another snack or maybe they will buy an adult meal, I feel like it all washes out. I use the app to order my meals ahead of time, so less waiting in line.

$60-75 a day depending on if you order a soda with your meals.

This will vary widely. We just got back from a trip and we didn't do a single sit down meal, we averaged about $40pp/day. Some adult beverages for myself, did F&W, had desserts, snacks like popcorn, treats, had coffee/starbs on occasion. We split meals, not on purpose but when it's hot out, it's hard to want to eat a ton of food and some of the meals at WDW are absurdly big. Dinner at POFQ food court, fed the three of us easily. Biggest/most filling meals of our days were breakfast before we left the resort and the rest of our days were odd timed "meals" shared amongst the 3 of us. We are not soda drinkers but we did do a few fruity concoctions/slushies but we mostly brought water with us and/or got ice water from the QS. I'd say when we visit not in the middle of sun being on the earth season, it's likely more around $50-$55/pp/day given we probably go lighter on breakfast and than eat more substantial meals for lunch/dinner.

It's easy to look online at menus of places you think you'd like to eat.

Run a hypothetical couple days of eating and that will get you a very accurate number.

I budget $75 per person per day for QS lunches and dinners, a couple of TS dinners, snacks & adult beverages. We eat breakfast in our room before we leave. Epcot Festival days make up for cheaper days with just QS and no snacks.

With some of your other posts I believe you are going in August. For us when it is hot: A muffin for breakfast depending on where we eat like flame tree for CS and others we may split 2 adult meals between 3 for dinner and we are done. If we get waffles or a sandwich for breakfast a CS later and a snack somewhere later in the evening. I would say around 100 for 3 was our average for CS. If we have a TS we may get a snack later and breakfast will be a muffin at best. Cooler times we can eat more but even then it is very dependent on where we eat as some CS meals are large enough for a day for us.
