Be disrespectul to the parents/adults of the household. I tolerate a lot of things from my kids, but rudeness or disrespect is not one of them.

Ask for dessert...my child barely ate her dinner and asked the mother what was for dessert. We don't even have dessert at home!

But then the crazy mama texted me about it and that irritated me, too. She is crazy for other reasons, not just this

Well, my son is an adult now and what he does at sleep overs is none of my business, lol, so I guess I'm just answering with my daughter in mind. I knew how to DIY a pipe out of some plumbing fixtures by the time I was the age my youngest is now and I would be horrified if she was doing that or any of the many other things I'm not going to mention. Hopefully she's got more common sense than I had. I try my best to be a good parent and I still worry like heck about everything but I think there's a point--as children progress to teenagers and start being more independent--where you just have to say, "Jesus take the wheel" and pray like heck that they actually use that brain in their head when they are away from you.
