Your checklist

What does your checklist look like? Say that you are planning on going to WDW in 1 year. At what point do you reserve the room or package, write up a daily schedule for days at WDW, purchase airfare, make PS ressies, make a packing list, buy "busy" items for the kids while on plane (or in car), start packing, etc. etc. etc.
