I can't wait to tell my Dad this. He's obsessed with Spam. Except the one time when he opened a can and found green fuzzy stuff on top of the goopy jelly junk. I don't think he ate that batch.

It's been many years, but I'll give it a shot -

Tomato puree
Crushed tomatoes
Diced green chilies
White onions
Green onions
Banana peppers

The veggies are put through a grinder, so it's kind of difficult to tell what they are once they're all smashed up. I'm wracking my brain trying to remember what, if anything else went into it, and I'm coming up blank. But I think I remember the guacamole ingredients completely - probably because peeling all those avocados was such a pain in the butt.
