We have spent an anxious few days as we are due to fly out of Gatwick today at 1pm.

Virgin sent a text at 5.45am to say our flight is delayed by 4 hours BUT AT LEAST WE ARE GOING

I really appreciated being kept informed by Virgin which meant I went back to bed for a couple of hours and can plan accordingly. Virgin

My Mom texted me before her flight set off, which was just before 8pm!!

At least she is on her way now, but that was a long delay! Apparently all the children on the flight were crying and fussing, and they hadn't even set off yet as they were waiting for runway space!
