I have been to HUNDREDS of performances of Millionaire.
There are thousands of questions used.
I may see as many as one repeat per show. Never more.
The repeated question is generally one that the contestant missed, and the audience was also wrong on.
The repeat usually is a week or 2 later...not a show or two.
Just my observation.
Locals & Tourists have the same chance, if they have the same knowledge.
