No love for Tulsa Ok either. We never seem to get good deals on airfare. I guess it's because our airport is not very big. I finally sucked it up and bought my tickets for my trip in June, they cost me $973. ($266 per tic plus tax) for 3 roundtrip tickets. I was really upset at having to pay that high of a price but now the same flight is going for $424. per tic plus tax, so I guess I really didn't do to bad after all!!!!!!

Yeah - we really did luck out with the summer Philly fares. I waited all last summer and a sale like that never materialized!

We can thank Southwest and Airtran for this. Looks like they are having an MCO price war !!!!!!

Hopefully they keep battling it out for the years to come. $49 airfare to MCO is hard not to take advantage of.

Now..... we just need the free dining plan for the end of August and I'll be all set.

I hear ya! Half the reason I booked a lot of my earlier trips were due to $49 fares from STL to MCO. They seem very rare lately

Yes, that's the problem I think with the Hartford fares. SW's lowest for August is $158 each way -- their only competition is Delta here and they are financially struggling. Bring on the competition, I say.

The ding fare today for philly is $94 and the regular internet rate is $49... First time I have seen the ding more then the internet rate.
