I wanted to say this SO badly to a woman today!!


I called to get my husbands Best Western POINTS card number so I could make a reservation and she says " I'm sorry, I dont have permission to discuss this account with you"

Excuse me???

I have his SS # his address, phone number, heck I can even tell you where his BIRTHMARK is... yet you cant give me his Gold Crown POINTS number???


Dont get me wrong, I totally understand credit cards and such ( although we made sure I could call on all of those) but a points card???


Whats up with that?
