We do something that might be a little odd.
If I REALLY don't feel like making dinner we talk about where we'd like to eat. We figure out about how much it will cost. Then we transfer that amount to our ING savings account and I make something out of my "quick and easy" chest freezer whether it's frozen pizza, or chicken salads or whatever.
We've actually saved about $300 dollars in a month and a half for when our best friends come down in September and visit the parks with us! And it's really put into prospective how much we were spending on eating out and helped us both lose weight!
