It was outsourced to India over a decade ago. I'm always surprised that others are surprised that the IT is horrifically bad. I think it's pretty par for the course if it's coming out of India IT. And up until members demand better IT, which they won't, because everything Disney is perfect, they will continue to not provide decent IT services.

I think we members are willing to live with much as long as dues doesn’t increase. That said I also think that some members, myself included would be willing to eat some increase if that ensured better IT. But as with everything else it depends, on what increases we are talking about
