Anyone know where I can get yogurt in the parks? (Weird question, I know. But my son typically has some every day.)

I know that some places may have it during breakfast time. But what about the rest of the day??

I think they include a yogurt in their Kids Power Pack snack box that's sold in most dining locations. It also includes a small bottle of water, string cheese, goldfish crackers and apple slices in the picture I saw online. It does cost a bit, like 6 bucks!, and if you aren't wanting the extras, yogurt by itself is so much cheaper at the grocery store.

I know Pizza Port has yogurt and a parfait (with granola and fruit) in their refrigerated section (next to the drink station). And the Boardwalk restaurants in DCA have yogurt in their refrigerated section too (right before the registers). I am not sure if they have to be part of a Kids Power Pack or meal, but I don't see why they can't change you just for the yogurt. I bought the kid size water bottle by itself a couple times.

HTH,

Not IN the parks, but very, very close, white water snacks. The two starbucks locations have at least yogurt parfaits. And if you're staying at a hotel with a fridge, you could buy your own and bring it in in a small cooler or if your hotel has some at breakfast, snag some for later in the day.

If you are staying at a hotel, I would recommend seeing if you have access to a freezer and freezing some yogurt and the just take it in the park with you. That way it will slowly defrost and you won't have to buy any in the park. You could also buy some possibly at a gas station just outside the park, and then put it in a cup of ice for a couple hours later.

Does it include string cheese now? The last time we bought one it had something else instead...maybe a little bag of carrots or something. My girls love string cheese, so this would make the power pack even more appealing to them.

No cheese, it was apples and carrots, yogurt, fish crackers, and in some they also had a petite banana.

White Water Snacks in GCH has Yoplait. I'd guess that the other on site hotels have it somewhere too. I can't remember if it's in the refrigerated case at Tangaroa Terrace or not.

Thanks, all. That Power Pack sounds perfect. My son is too young for raw carrots and apples but he can have the yogurt, crackers, banana, and milk. And then my husband and I can have the apples and carrots.
