Onecoolmama, I thought I would give you an update. Both the Yoga Zone and & Yoga Mind and Body DVDs are great. They are both around an hour and a decent workout by themselves which is not exactly what I was looking for.
Yesterday I bought A.M. Yoga with Rodney Yee. It is exactly what I was looking for! It is very short - 20 minutes - but is incredibly relaxing. Not sure why it is for the A.M. since I feel like sleeping afterwards. I've already done it twice - and have a feeling I am going to be doing it everyday. There is nothing challenging about it - just 20 minutes of stretching, relaxing, and meditation!
