Yoga at Vero Beach

I read a recent post that someone took a yoga class while staying at Vero Beach. Do that have to be booked? If it's complimentary, how often does the resort offer the class? If not, what does it cost? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Om.

I have the activities list from Fri. May 13 - Thurs. May 19. Yoga is listed twice with no fee attached.

Sunday, May 14. 11:15am. Hatha Yoga. Ages 12&up. Sign up and meet at Eb & Flo's Rentals.

Wed. May 18. 7:15am. Sunrise Yoga. Meet at the Gezebo by the pool area. Starting at 7:00am.

I'm sure this varies week to week..

My Dsis did the Hatha Yoga on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and she thought the instructor and the session was excellent!
