LOL...actually John-Cole and I were just talking about that ride. He said "there is NOT a Pirate Ship in there" I said "there is too! We've been on that ride a zillion times" He is arguing me up the wall about that pirate ship. And yet he remembers the pirate with the dirty foot hanging over the bridge

That is my Favorite ride in the MK. It was my favorite in DL when I went in '75. In fact the only souvenier I have of DL is the book about the Pirates ride.

Yep, there's a ship in there. Or at least one side of it, anyway! It fires cannons towards the fort early in the ride!

We pillage, we plunder, we rifle & loot,

Nooooooooo! Not that song! DS has been playing the Disney Magical Racing Tour game and he has been doing the Pirates of the Carribean track a lot lately...and they play that song CONSTANTLY!! I'm convinced that one of the birds will start whistling it soon....

Ja, ja! EngrDaisy iz sure zat zere iz a story line! Zose puny pirates cannot spend all zhier time in zheir puny ride, ja. I vonder, vat else could zey be doing in zhier spare time? Plundering zhier own ride must get boring, zo I am certain zat they vander off in search of other conquests. Zee Vikings must stop zhier conquests! Not zat it vill be much of a challenge, after all, zey are only puny pirates.

I love the pirates of the caribbean! Last June while there, we did two E-ride nights... and Pirates was open for both of them! I went into the que and since VIRTUALLY NO ONE was there... my DD and I began singing the pirate song at the top of our lungs as we marched along. Apparently the cast member at the end of the line heard us - because he was all grins when we showed up! I think we made his day. LOL!

Sorry Jill, but my bird already sings it. Actually, it's not that bad. It's funny when he mixes it up with other songs (MMC March, Tiki Room, etc). It could be worse..... Your bird could whistle "It's a Small World."

Oh no, Jay! What type of bird do you have?? I have 6 parakeets and two cockatiels.

As I sat down to type this, one of the cockatiels, Ziggo, came flying over to join me. He's not whistling yet....and don't even THINK about "It's a small world"
