YMCA close to DW or group exercise classes on Disney property?

I am going to Disney World in September and hoping to get in some exercise while I am there. I have been looking online and trying to find a Y with a class schedule but the YMCA's I looked at in the area don't have a schedule and appear to just be childcare???? I feel like a dummy. Can someone please help me? Also I am assuming there aren't any on the property at the gyms in the deluxes but if any one know of any please tell me. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure a lot of the Deluxe's have fitness centers...

I just googled and yes, there are some Deluxes and some Moderates that have them.

I know on our last trip, I got some extra cardio in just by walking around in the morning admiring the resort views! Some even have running/walking trails.

I know there are some gyms at the deluxes....but I was specifically looking for somewhere with group exercise classes.....i.e. zumba, spin, powerlift, step aerobics?

That page SAYS there are wellness/group classes, but the link to download the schedule is broken. So I don't know if there are classes or not.

The Y's seem to be a bit light on the useful classes, that's for sure! Look slike the Sherberth one is just for CM kids or something like that?


Looks like there's a Gold's Gym up in the Doctor Phillips area that has group classes, though. http://goldsgymfl.com/ Probably couldn't do the "7 days free" thing without a local address, but maybe they've got something short-term.
