Yikes! I lost everything!

I tried to change something under my name and I lost all the tags and my DIS sponsor block! I wanted to keept the block and the "lime green glove keeper" but add something else. What'd I do wrong? Thanks!

Ok, I see what I did and I think I added the tag. But I'd like my sponsor block back, too. Thanks!!
