Yet another Water Mouse question?

Has Disney bought a new fleet of Water Mice in the past 7 years? That's the last time that we took one out and the boat was a dog! We took them out 3 times in the past and each time, they drove pretty slow. Actually, it seemed like only the boats with kids in them were speeding around like wild. Now my wife and I are fairly average sized people (5'8"- 120 lbs. & 6'1"-200 lbs respectively) so we weren't overloaded (I would hope!) but I don't want to take one out again unless I can get a little "need for speed" fix!

I have not been on one yet, but I think Disney has replaced all of the water mice within the last year. However, I don't know if they are any speedier than the old ones.
