Yet Another Waitlist Question

Hi folks,

Quick question on those who have waitlisted and won. In order to avoid driving myself (and MS) crazy by calling every day, I was wondering about ways to track changes without keeping MS busy.

Once a waitlist goes thru, does the DVCMember website update itself? I would much rather check it every day than call, but if it doesn't get updated, there's no use.

Has anyone noticed when their plans have changed?

Yes, the DVC member website does update itself on that. So you can join those of us who check that member website once a day, twice a day....however many times. Right now I'm at BWV in October, waitlisted for BCV. If/when it comes through, the website will be updated almost instantly.

We're in the same situation as you - we have a BWV-Standard 1BD for one night that we'd like to move over the BCV in October. We're trying to decide if we want to add-on at BCV or BWV, so we're hoping to stay in both places, even if it's just for one night.

I dont know about you, but I am starting to think it may not happen. Either way, we will have a nice place to stay and we're at Disney, right?

Oh, yes-some days I'm just so discouraged. But I know what you mean about at least we've got a nice place to stay and we're at Disney. DH used to tease me that he would never stay at BWV. Originally I planned this as a solo trip, but now DH wants to come visit for a few days. I reminded him it may mean staying at the BWV for one night and so did he want to back out. He's having a busy time at work and says "That's OK-I can't wait, anyways!" If Disney-tolerant and BWV non-fan DH feels that way, boy, it'll be great!
