Yet another question about crocs

Hi! Long time lurker here... I joined just to ask this question!

I did a search but I couldn't find my answer.... I really like flip flops and I was wondering if anyone has worn the croc version at WDW, and did you have any problems with them? I am leaving in a few weeks for our annual trip and I always get blisters with my sneakers. I not really crazy about the normal kind, so I am hoping to find out how the flops feel! TIA!

I have the Athens Crocs and LOVE them. I've lived in them all summer long, but I haven't tried them at Disney yet. My DF did wear his there in May and loved them. After about 3 days he was beginning to hurt, but mainly just from all the walking, I dont think it was the Crocs. He just switched to sneakers, and then switched back and it was perfect!

I wore the Athens for 5 days of Disney last week, no problem whatsoever. It was the first time that the tendonitis ankle barely acted up despite the massive park commando walking.

There is no question, that they are now my official touring shoe.

Many folks really love them, but I don't. The toe post is too thick for me and irritates my toes (the sole is nice and cushy, though). The Capri style flip flop has a microfiber toe post that is thinner and more comfortable to me- you might want to try both styles and compare.

I love my athens! The flip flops hurt when I walked the mall. So I will stick with athens! I have worn them for two trips to Disney so far!

Best thing is to walk the mall or a trail and see how they do!

The Athens are the flip flops- do you like another style? I like the Beach (origional clogs), Caymans (thinner fit clogs), and Cleos (2 strap sandal).

No problem- I, too, know the perils of trying to DIS and do other things at the same time...

I am going to be trying out my Cleos in WDW for the first time this month- I hope they do as well as all my other styles!

I was just @ WDW last week and I wore my Disney Beach Crocs at WDW for three days and didn't have any problems whatsoever with blisters or anything. I LOVE my Crocs!

Thanks to everyone for all of you answers! I am so excited as we only have 23 more sleeps until we leave!! I have ordered some flops and I have the disney crocs on my list of souvies when we arrive. DH will make fun of me if I get them before. Thanks again for all of the advise... I knew I could count on the DIS!
