I haven't personally but people who have say they are good to deal with. Don't know anything on prices.

on my school campus they have these mega golf carts (think small tour group size) They must be hard to steer, i have seen them tipped on their sides on slopes with sharp turns. Makes me laugh every time.

When we went in 2004, we rented a 6 seater golf cart.
Ask them about it. When we went, they said they only had 2 or 3 available. You could make a reservation for one.
There is a direct number to the golf cart rental. Check with the front desk and they can give you the number.

Is there partking near the marina to park the golf cart while you are at the parks?

Yes! There are several parking areas near the Marina and more by TE / HDDR / Settlement. There is another smaller lot by the bus stop at that end of FW too. The parking by the reception bus stop is smaller than the others, but still usable.
