Okay here's the deal.
Two weeks ago I attempted to download ding. I couldnt download successfully (swa said I did) because of firewall issues. I noticed the exclamation point over my icon and it said "communication error".
Anyway, FINALLY just now, I made my adjustments to my firewall per swa instructions via Symantec, and the exclamation point is gone and I just got a ding!
I'm striving to get rr credits. Will I get credit for having it download for the past two weeks, or does my thirty days start today since it's officially working now?
