If you book a 2br at BWV for 8 nights, then want to reduce down to a 1 br for 4 more nights, will that mean switching rooms?

I suppose alternative would be a separate res. for 1 br and studio, but it's more pts and no guarantee that your rooms would be connected.

If you book it all at the same time, you should be okay, but you never know.

I don't think you will have to move as long as it is booked at the same time. We were supposed to get a 2br in January, but the person that was in the 2br downsized to the studio, leaving the 1br available and the computer did not register that. We tried to get into the studio part and then realized someone was in it!

when you make the reservations make sure that ms understands that you don't want to change rooms - 3 to 5 days fax your request not to change rooms (yes I know we aren't surpose to fax) - then when you arrive tell the CM that is checking you in that you don't want to change rooms.

all of the 2-bedroom at BWV at 1-bedroom and a studio - so it shouldn't be a problem - BWV has no dedicated 2-bedrooms - it has dedicated 1-bedrooms and studios - just no dedicated 2-bedrooms

make sure that your reservations are linked
