Yet again, major praise for HoJo customer service!

We are arriving soon and due to plans changing by one day we had to reserve a different room for the first night, then move to the suite on the second. Well the suite openned up and they automatically held the suite for us, and when I talked to the front desk today I was told they had made the change for us! IMO that is going above and beyond the make sure the guest is happy. :love:

That's so thoughtful of them! :) We feel the same way, would never want to stay anywhere else. Enjoy your great stay there!! :)
 
Wow, that was really nice of them. I've only stayed at HoJo once but I really liked their customer service as well and would love to stay with them again. Kudos to HoJo! :thumbsup2

We will be staying at the HOJOs for the first time in July, and really looking forward to it! :dance3:
 

They always make our trip magical.
We won't stay anywhere else, nothing compares.
I think the staff at Hojo's is more "Disney" than the cast members at the DLR.

I couldn't agree more, and am planning on staying at HOJO's twice next year because of our great stay there last year. Kids don't want to stay anywhere else.

We love the HOJO!!:thumbsup2 I have never seen any such thing as the interaction of the hotel on this forum! Or that you keep up with all the "talk" on here and answer our questions I think that it's above and beyond and shows your dedication to customer service! My husband and I will be there the first week of March celebrating our 10 th anniversary I look forward to our stay with you!!! It's nice not worrying about where you stay!! Very impressive! :worship:

That is great! We have a 2 day ressie in a King Suite and then 5 days in a Kids' Suite for June. We need the 1st 2 days in the Kids' Suite too. I was told today I had to keep calling/checking. I sure hope if it opens up we get the same great service, and they hold it for us! Looking forward to our 1st trip to DL and SoCal for my trio's 10th birthday.
 
I am staying in a kid's suite the first week in March with my daughter and 4 grandkids. I'm getting pretty excited. Everyone at the hotel has been so helpful and nice. It may by my new place to stay when I come up. I've only stayed onsite or at The anaheim Hilton & towers.
 
wow that is great costomer service!! im hoping they help us out with our request of early check in when we go at the end of March.

We drove 15 hours, arrived just in time for Magic Morning. Had a blast until husband insisted on going on splash mountain instead of just getting a fast pass at about 10 am and we got soaked! This was the last week of March last year--our spring break-- it was overcast and cold....We decided to go HOJO to see if they could get us in early and check in anyway. They were full to capacity--I could see that on the computer when I peeked in early that morning so our room wasn't ready yet and I really wanted the room Lorealle had for us so what they did was provide us towels and we went in to a bathroom and changed and dried off. We went to eat breakfast at Hometown buffet and when we got back it was ready. I'm not sure what time it was but it was well before noon.
 
I have stayed there twice in the past 11 months with another trip there next week and have really enjoyed my experience there. My family used to always stay at Candy Cane, which we really enjoy, but I like the people at HOJO a bit better and the fact that it has a fabulous water area for the kiddos! My ds had soooo much fun there in September! I also like that it is near Mimi's and you can see the monorail...it makes me feel like I am still in the park even when I am not! Lorealle, looking forward to seeing you during the Diva's trip...are you coming to the Meet and Greet?

I just booked my first stay at the HoJO for April 28th. It will be my 2.5 yr olds first time to disneyland, he sees the castle when I log on these boards and says "castle..."

I LOVE TOGOS and we do not have them in Nevada..anyone know if there is a Togo's near HoJo?

As DH to Californiamomof 4grls, I must say I agree with my wife whole-heartedly. During our last trip our DD6 took along her favorite stuffed animal, a Ty giraffe that she's had since she was a baby. We got to Bakersfield before she told us she didn't him. Not sure we were certain he was in the bags, alas upon returning home he wasn't. DD was Devastated!! I contacted the HOJO's staff and asked them to check around for it and the next day i got a call saying they had found it and needed an address to ship it back to us, AT NO CHARGE!! I must say i was so happy to tell my little girl that 'giraffy' was ok and on his way back home. ( i get a little misty thinking about how her little face lit up at the news).

You always see things about ppl getting free upgrades or special accommodations, but it is awesome to see a hotel care about the little things!! It came out even better, because when i wen tot look it up on the 'net' to see about replacing it in secret,, i discovered that it is no longer made, was a limited run, and now sells for $120 on ebay!!!

Another one for HoJos right here! I absolutely love them! They have the best prices, beds and employees.
