We still cannot believe how lucky we have been. It was funny because when I went to the police station with my documents, he was amazed I had already got the other driver's name and address. I was thinking well it took you ages to come. When speaking to my hubbie he said the accident happened at 1015, I rang him at 1018, he drove (like a rocket from 6 miles away) and was at the scene at 1028 by that time there was fire engines and police cars there. I know they had been they for a while before my hubbie turned up. So in reality they must have come really really quickly, it just shows you how your mind doesn't work properly.

I don't really like driving now but am forcing myself to go out and about. I keep saying to myself I have driven for 25 years with no accidents, this wasn't my fault and it is extremely unlikely to happen again. I suppose in time it will get easier.
