Yes, Elton was probably alluding to the FTP coming out.
I just called PS to change some times on our dinner reservations after fine tuning our schedule, and several time slots were closed that were open just 2 weeks ago.
If you are going to WDW and haven't made your PS yet, you better get hopping!!
