I am just reading over my Budget rental ressies and I want to
be sure this is the location I need. It is 8401 Astronaut Blvd, Cocoa Beach
Florida(DUH!!) and they call it CC5, this location is the closet right? Thank
You Kindly! :earsgirl: :smooth: :bounce:

Yes, that is the correct location, I just rode past it a few times this weekend, and I used that Budget office in the past.

I've got a Budget question. I am renting a car while in Port Canaveral; it is a port stop for another line's cruise. The Budget website said they open at 8 am. Will one of us need to taxi to their office, will they automatically have shuttles there if it isn't a disembarkation day?? Anyone know?

The shuttle will drop you off at whatever part of the port is needed. The shuttles are there when they know the ships are due in.....

But since this is a port stop and not the end of the cruise, would they be there to pick us up to get the car? We arrive at 7 am but the Budget office doesn't open until 8.

Hi there,
I've rented a car from Budget at Orlando airport, plan to spend the night at the All Star Sports resort (is it free parking?), then spend one day at Disney (another night at the resort) and off to Port Canaveral to sail away. I set it up to return the car at CC5 also, how far is this from the DCL dock? Will they shuttle us there?

Then upon our return I've rented a car to pickup at CC5 (will they shuttle us from the dock?) and drive to return to Orlando airport.

Thanks in advance for your help!

1)Yes, the parking is free at the All Star Resort.

2)The Budget Office is only about 5-10 minutes from the port, it all depends on the traffic.

3)Yes, Budget will shuttle you to and from the port free of charge. After getting off the ship just go bacl out front on the Terminal and look to the Budget sign, there is no need to call the Budget Office in order to be picked up.

I don't know the exact answer to this, but I know Budget was running a couple shuttles when DH and I used them for our DCL cruise in February. Maybe if they aren't already at that port, you can call for a shuttle to come by. Maybe that is something that branch office can tell you ahead of time. My guess is that it won't be a problem. We got off the ship and to the shuttle area just as the Budget shuttle was leaving. Within a minute another one had pulled up. The driver left with just DH and I in the van which could have fit 5 more people. Since it is only a 5 minute drive between the two locations, it seems the shuttles are very available. The line inside the Budget building was a different story......

Awesome! Thanks so much! I like to be in control of the whole driving thing, it provides more flexibility..not to mention we'll save $$$...more to spend on our trip!!!

I'll surely have more questions as the trip gets closer....received my booking confirmation today!!!!

Thanks again!
