Yes another park bag thread. Anyone use a Lily Bloom bag in the parks or other crossbody suggestions

I'm a crossbody girl because I rarely need to take it off to get something out or get on a ride and I don't take heavy items so it doesn't weigh on my shoulder.

I've used a VB Hipster but find it a tad too big for what I carry.
I have a knock off Kipling Alvar and while I like it I sometimes find there's just too many nylon layers and the top opening is difficult to get my hand into to dig around.

I also have a small leather crossbody from JCPenney. I like it for its size but also I can't fit a poncho in it so that's a downside plus leather is a bit heavy and the strap is super thin.

I'm looking at the Lily Bloom Gigi mini crossbody.
Seems like a perfect size for when I want a poncho and maybe I could even fit a 16oz water bottle in there when needed.

So I'm just wondering if anyone else uses this bag or other Lily Bloom bags or if you have a suggestion for another crossbody bag that is lightweight, has a wide shoulder strap, and would fit a Disney poncho folded into a flat square?

I have a ton of lily bloom bags that I use and love them. I have used one of my crossbodys in the park and it was perfect. Also it will do better if it rains then a leather bag.

I LOVE my Baggallini crossbody bag. Super lightweight nylon, wide strap, tons of pockets. Check your TJ Max for a bargain on one, I often find them for $20 or so when they are normally $70+.

My favorite crossbody is my Dooney pouchette, but it wouldn’t hold a bottled water or a Disney size poncho. It does hold a small disposable poncho though. I carry it most days to the parks, and just carry the bottled water (which never lasts long anyway).

For days when I want to carry a water bottle and my nylon poncho (which is about the size of a recorded Disney ponch) I use my Donner bag by Overland Equipment. It has a water bottle pocket on each side, one of which I sometimes use for a compact umbrella, a large center section for the poncho, and a flap on the front with pockets for my phone and other little items. The strap is about and inch and a half and kind of like seatbelt material.

I also use a Baggalini, purchased at Marshalls. It always contains a poncho, wallet, water bottle and phone, but it could hold more if needed.

Ditto! I have one I use every trip, and got it at TJMaxx for about $20. Two front pockets, which are perfect for cell phone in one, and room key (if staying where I need one) in the other, to keep from demagnetizing the key. Lots of space and pockets inside, but it's nice and small.

I found an adorable baggalini red Cross body bag for only $16 at a TJ Maxx. Now that I have it, I find it's worth 4 times that. It's lightweight, cute and has all the cubbies I love!

OP here. I bought the Lily Bloom Gigi mini.
I like it all except the length. It sits too high. So I bought a replacement crossbody strap from Amazon. I am going to cut the strap from the bag and clip.on the longer strap. I'm used to the lenhjth of Vera Bradley and Kipling where the top of the bag sits more where the top of my thigh connects to my body if that makes sense. This bag sits more at my stomach.

I have a few Lily bloom bags that I love. For the park I bought a really cute cross body bag on etsy. It's the perfect size and it has Minnie on it.
