Hi all! Good to be back (virtually). I was playing around on the app and noticed my Legacy Passholder (level B) is not good for making park reservations with.

I don't really understand that. Is it only good for discounts, but I'll need to purchase new tickets in order to make my reservations? I want to go in October (the border should be open by then fingers crossed), so I'm not sure what the new dealio is. I had a flexpass so I'm used to making reservations.

Anyone with the down low on this pass showing in my tickets but not authorised for use to make reservations?

Correct, the pass in your app is solely for discounts and they have to scan the one in the ad not your original plastic pass.

Yes I did but did some reason there’s one showing on my app. I think it’s a placeholder until the new ones come out?

The thing showing your app is basically a discount card. They no longer are scanning the old plastic cards for discounts.

No, it's not really a 'placeholder' for the new program per se. It will be a whole new program requiring a 'brand new' purchase. I don't think Disney has said anything about Legacy Passholders getting any special 'deals' on the new program.

As others mentioned, it's just a discount card now (nothing to do with park tickets or reservations).
