Yearly dues and resale question

We just closed on our DVC contract and have to pay 2017 dues ( its a loaded contract) - I'm assuming we will have to pay our next dues in January...?

Yes dues are billed once a year and due in Jan unless you contact Member accounting to set up monthly withdrawals from a bank account to spread the payments out over the entire year instead.
