I have read about something called Year Of A Million Dreams. What exactly is this?

Another celebration in Disney's unending quest to celebrate "something". Seems that they always need to having some promotion going on. There is a contest online, and the CM's have been directed to pass out things like unlimited fastpasses for the day, make families the "Family of the Day", give out merchandise to people who are at the park. It's a random thing.
