It's Pancake Day tommorrow!!! WOOO!! But since my parents aren't in tommorrow, we had ours tonight.

Since we are so close to the big day, I think I should ask what topping do you have on your Pancake??? I have mine sprinkled with sugar so it looks like a winter snowscene.. YUM!!!!

My DD's have been having pancakes for the last week or so - No, I'm not a good mum who cooks them fresh every night - it's down to good old Aunt Bessie and her frozen pancakes - hurrah !!

The girls are happy to just have sugar on them

I have oranges and sugar, the men in my life all like jam on theirs. I always set the smoke alarms off and miss out on all the fun because I'm in the kitchen tossing them while the others are tucking in so I'm doing it differently this year. Plan on making them in the afternoon with doors and windows open and re heating them at tea time.

Tesco has them BOGOF!

I do make them fresh too though but as DH is working late the next 3 nights we're celebrating on friday.

As for toppings I go for the healthy option of golden syrup and sugar.
