I had reservations with Dreams for a week at the Dolphin over Christmas break at the teacher rate. After reading some posts about upgrading with points via the SPG card, I decided to seek out a Resort View with Balconly so I can hopefully upgrade to club level. The rate that showed up on the Dreams quote was higher than I had found on the SPG site so I booked the rate with the SPG site. When I asked to cancel the Dreams Reservation - Bob kindly asked about what rate I had received. He was able to secure the same rate for our entire stay. I'm glad to say I kept my reservation with Dreams. Being able to use their priority seating service is a godsend for those of us on the west coast that have better things to do then wait on hold for an hour with Disney Dining at 4:00 in the morning!

Hi Sandi - I booked the Dolphin through DU for our March 2005 trip. Can you tell me if you received an email from DU from an agent? How long after you made the reservations did you hear from someone. I got a reservation number but haven't heard from anyone yet. I wanted to ask them some questions as this is the first time we're staying at the Dolphin. Thanks for your help. MaryAnn

I heard back pretty quick - next day I believe. We had some trouble with my Credit Card - some of the numbers didn't show up so I even got a phone call to verify the CC. My confirmation e-mail said Dear.... FINAL CONFIRMATION... towards the bottom was the name of my agent (Bob). At the same time - I received a link to the PS request webpage so I could plan my PS and they would try to secure them when time arrived to do so. I have had prompt e-mails from dreams each time I've asked for a quote or had a question - problem.
