YC Concierge

I have ressies for this July at the YC Concierge floor and I got a nice letter/packet today from them with a questionaire to help me plan my trip! It is really nice and sounds helpful! The funny thing is........from reading these boards, I already have most things planned! But the letter and questions are good and would really be helpful to someone who doesn't know all the knowledge gained from here! Has anyone else gotten these before from this resort or another?

That's pretty much a concierge thing. That's half of why one pays for concierge, you get the use of their services. Lucky you!!!

Hi there... I did not get a question sheet in the mail.. but I did get a nice email from the itinerary planning office at AKL concierge about 6 weeks before my trip there.

They introduced theselves, suggested things I might want them to book for me.

It all worked out great.. top notch service and Disney Magic.
