YC Concierge - Turndown Service

Is turndown service an automatic on the Yacht Club's concierge floor or do you have to request it at check-in?

It was automatic when we were there in September. Same w/AKL in Nov.

The lade at YC who did the turn down was a really nice, very friendly lady. She helped make our stay fun. I think the staff at YC Concierge and the turn down lady were the greatest!
