Yc/bc/or Boardwalk

We are trying to decide to stay at one of the Epcot Deluxe resorts and really don't know which to choose. Any opinions on YC, BC or Boardwalk and which is better??

I will probably be no help to you, but here we go.

Love the pool (SAB) at BC/YC

Love the rooms at BW

Love the new Market place at BC

Love Spoodles at BW

Easiest to catch a boat to MGM or EPCOT - BW

I'm partial to YC. All the rooms at YC have a full balcony and of course it shares SAB with BC. The boat dock is right there at YC also which is a relaxing ride to MGM Studios. The marina is also located at YC. I love the attitude of the CM's, always smiling and helpful. YC has a little more relaxed feel to it with beautiful hardwood floors. I believe the main reason it seems more relaxed is that BC has the character meal and people are coming in and out more. BC also has check-in for the villas so that means extra people. The Boardwalk is alot of fun but I like being able to look across at night and see the lights of the BW from the YC but still be close enough to enjoy the BW with a quick walk around the lake.

the Yacht or Beach Club. The Boardwalk is nice, and both have the LOCATION, but YC/BC have Stormalong Bay which is the best pool on property!

There's not a lot of difference between the YC/BC, mainly the theming. Seems to be that the BC has more of a family seaside resort feel, while the YC is decorated with more of an upscale Yachting motif. They both share the pool and you can easily walk back and forth for the restaurants. BC will put you closer to the entrance of Epcot by a few minutes, while YC will get you closer to the marina. Not all YC rooms have a full balcony, but the majority do. There are some rooms on the 3rd floor that have standing room only balcony. BC has fewer "full balcony" rooms.

Boardwalk puts you right in the middle of the action. Just outside your doors are numerous restaurants, shops, clubs and entertainment. It seems to be a very lively place. You're nearly halfway between both the Epcot entrance and the MGM entrance, so you could feasibly walk to both in about 15 minutes.

Unless you have a preference for location, I think you should just pick whichever theme interests you the most.
