What would be the best deal I could ever find on a standard room for these 2? What is the cheapest per night you have ever paid?

I am really in love with the looks of both of these resorts. So far moderate is the highest we have gone. Next trip I want to do something better. We are willing to wait it out for a really good deal if they can be had there.

For the best deals, I would look at renting points and staying at the BWV or the BCV.
I rented 4 nights at a studio in September for 48 points. The cost of the points range from $10-$12 a point (so $480 to $576 TOTAL- No tax). The rooms have refridgerators and microwaves, but not daily maidservice.
For us it is worth it, because that is almost what they charge a day for a room.
I now stay at deluxe resorts at the price of the moderates. At Christmas we will be staying at VWL.

My current rate at BC is 255/night for a std room 8/17 through 8/22. This was a bounceback rate.

We are heading to YC next week. I lucked out, I believe, and got a rate of $225.00/night. It sounded like a good deal to me.

I was thrilled to get a bounceback rate at BC for $255/night for 12/2 through 12/8

I think we are paying $235 a night at BC in Sept. Be careful, we find it hard to go back to the moderates after staying at the BC. Everytime I book a moderate now I end up changing it.

iloveftwilderness - I have never even thought of renting points, what a great idea and a bargin, but I would be afraid to do this. How do you trust someone you don't know to buy their points? I would be afraid they would get my money and I would not get a vacation. Can you give me any advice on how you do this so I can consider it for our next trip? Thanks!
