Just booked our next trip!
We will be there from Monday 05/30/2011 till 06/06/2011.
It will be me, DH, and DS (7). My Parents will be joining us on 06/01 and they are also staying for 7 nights. We will be at POP, with Deluxe dining.
So please feel free to critique my plan.

Lunch or snack at Everything Pop.
Head to MK
DS get hair all jelled, mickeyed, and pixie dusted at Harmony BS
Dinner at Chef Mickey's
Back to MK for for MSEP and Wishes
Tue 05/31
Breakfast as close to 8:00 as possible at Tusker House
Spend day at AK
Dinner at Yak and Yetti
Late night Pizza delivery if anyone is hungry (Pop pizza delivery is AWESOME!)
Wed 06/01
Breakfast as close to 8:00 as possible at Akershus
Spend day at Epcot
Mom and Dad would join us by dinner
Dinner at Le Collier (Fingers Crossed please!)
Any back up dinner recomendations close to or in Epcot gladly welcomed, as we are not getting hoppers this time around!
