My procrastination has paid off! I saved $80 by waiting until today for my January trip (my DD and myself). RT from IAD (Dulles in VA) to MCO, with fees, is 116.90 Would have been $156.90 yesterday when I was looking.

So now we are officially going--need to get the room arranged!

Us too. I booked my Feb. trip for $116 rt today also. Already had our rooms reserved. I was going to book yesterday at the $156 rate, but learned along time ago to always wait until Wednesday for any fare changes.

I had kind of been holding off hoping that the rates would drop, but was getting ready to bite the bullet and book. Isn't it a great feeling to spend less? Of course I'm spending too much on the trip in general, even though I'm trying to keep it a budget trip. Budget and Disney don't go too well together.
