THANK YOU DIS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been following the ADR changes and knew almost everything had gone to 90 days, so I was caught flat-footed this morning when I read that Chef Mickey was still booking at 180. YIKES! As of today we are just 96 days from our arrival. With diminishing hope, I dialed WDW-Dine at 11:30 this morning. Within 4 minutes I not only had an ADR for my desired day (arrival day), but also my first choice of times (got the 5:00, opening). I wanted an early time for a couple of reasons, not least of which was that I want to still be able to take a monorail ride around the parks and take a walk on the Boardwalk (do NOT pass go; do not collect $200). Yippee!!!
The call process was really great, too. I've read horror stories about trying to make ADRs lately, but this was really quick! Este was the CM I spoke with and she was great, and was so happy for me that I got CM, as it is sometimes a hard ADR to get at all.
I hope that when I call back next Friday morning for the REST of my ADRs, I'll have the same great luck and experience.
