Shep, were those Game Boy Advance in there as advertised? I'm making the 30 mile trek to the nearest Walmart, so I wanted to make sure that was the case. We don't get the Walmart circular in our newspaper.

DW is gonna get one of those & a DVD/VCR combo for $99..
They had a nice looking digital camera for $154 also..

It is a Kodak CX4300 Digital Camera. 3.2 megapixel, 2X digital zoom and 16MB internal memory. $154.00, this does not include the Dock N' Go cradle...you don't need this item anyway.

I can't find any info on this camera model on Kodak's site. Does this camera have an optical zoom, or just the digital zoom?

browneyes, the GBA in the Walmart ad that someone gave us a sneak preview of was $49.99. Shep said that it was advertised that way as well.

Too bad they can't hook those prices up on their website during the Black Friday hours! It would save me a headache! I'm a dreamer.

Here's something about it.


Snoopy, I'm not much of a shopper. Last year about did me in on Black Friday. Our Walmart moved several things I was wanting. They said the stuff would be at one place, and right before they'd release the items, the had already moved them to another place. And the crowd is usually a mean crowd. I'm not a morning person, so I'm usually just glaring at everyone that pushes me out of their way. Good luck to you in getting everything on your list. I might just brave it this time, but I'll have to look at all the deals they're having first. We're having Thanksgiving dinner that day too, so I might be rushed for time when I get back if I go. Decisions, decisions.

Well, if you aren't a shopper, then you may be better to stay home. The crowds do get ugly that day, and if you aren't there super early, all the good stuff is gone.

I wake up at 4 or 5 every morning regardless of whether I work or not, so its not a big deal for me. Plus I can shop till I drop, so Black Friday is right up my alley. My DH wouldn't go near a store on Black Friday if you paid him, so he gets to stay home with the kids while I scoop up the good deals.

My SO keeps our kids so I can go. I usually get there about 5:20 or 5:30. I might need to get there about 4:30-5 to get a good place in line, if I go. My SO thinks I'm nuts to get up that early to go shopping, especially since I don't like to go shopping. He thinks I'm nuts anyway.
