I would not send him frivolous emails as if he starts receiving a bunch of emails they may just all get deleted and never read.

He is a very busy man and I'm sure he does not have time to go through tons of emails from people complaining about VMK. All emails should be sent through the contact us link with the appropriate choice selected. If you have suggestions then send them under feedback.
